In order to offer its services for sale, the company DALAZUR 1 operating the establishment "La Réserve Estérel" collects personal data (hereinafter, "Personal Data") from users (hereinafter, "Users") on its website https://la-reserve-esterel.com/ (hereinafter, the "Site").
This Personal Data policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") aims to inform Users of the means implemented to collect, consult, process and retain Personal Data, and to present the rights available to them.

1.2 DALAZUR 1 acts as data controller with regard to the Personal Data collected on the Site, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, the "GDPR").
1.3 DALAZUR 1 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (hereinafter "DPO") who ensures compliance with applicable regulations and rules. 2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1 The Personal Data liable to be collected by DALAZUR 1 via the Site are as follows:

4. RETENTION PERIODS
4.1 Users' Personal Data will not be retained beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein and in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. In this regard, Personal Data used for prospecting purposes may be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact with the prospect concerned. Personal Data of clients bound by a contractual relationship will be retained for the duration of that contractual relationship, then archived for a maximum period of five (5) years from the end of said contractual relationship, for the purpose of managing any disputes and in accordance with applicable statutory limitation periods. Cookies and other trackers placed on the Site will be retained for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months, in accordance with CNIL guidelines.
4.2 At the end of these periods, DALAZUR 1 undertakes to return or destroy, at its own expense and under its own responsibility, all Personal Data collected, unless DALAZUR 1 is bound by a legal retention period or a longer limitation period.
5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In the course of its activities and for the purposes set out above, DALAZUR 1 may share Users' Personal Data with:

6. TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

(iv) Right to data portability: the User may request the communication of Personal Data provided by them to DALAZUR 1 in order to transmit it to another data controller;
(v) Right to object: the User may at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, object to the Processing of their Personal Data where such Processing is based on the legitimate interest of DALAZUR 1;
(vi) Right to restriction of processing: the User may request, in certain cases, the temporary suspension of the Processing of certain of their Personal Data;
(vii) Right to withdraw consent: the User may withdraw their consent at any time for processing operations whose legal basis is consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the Processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

If, however, a User considers that their rights have not been respected, they may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (hereinafter, the "CNIL"): www.cnil.fr.
8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Site may link to other websites or third‑party services operated by third‑party companies. DALAZUR 1 has no control over these and cannot be held responsible for the Processing of Personal Data implemented by such third‑party sites.
